Paul Plummer
With over 30 years of experience in athletic training and endurance sports, he has built his career around helping athletes perform at their best. A member of the Indiana Athletic Trainers Hall of Fame and recipient of the Golden Pinnacle Award, Paul is recognized as a leader in his field.He spent nearly two decades working in collegiate athletics as a Head Athletic Trainer and Director of Athletic Training Services, supporting NCAA Division I athletes in both performance and recovery. Paul later continued his career at one of the nation’s top sports performance clinics, coaching everyone from high school standouts and future Olympians to professional athletes and recreational runners. As an athlete himself, Paul has completed multiple 70.3 and 140.6-mile triathlons, giving him firsthand understanding of the physical and mental demands of endurance racing. His coaching combines science, experience, and a genuine commitment to helping athletes reach their goals in a way that is both challenging and sustainable.
Tyler Sult
With more than 12 years of experience in personal training and athletic development, Tyler is a performance coach with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and certification through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). His background includes over 20 combined seasons competing in football—as a running back, wide receiver, and cornerback—as well as track and field as a high-level sprinter and jumper, giving him firsthand understanding of the physical and mental demands of high-performance sport. Tyler specializes in speed development, strength and power training, agility, balance and coordination, and the mental side of performance. His coaching blends science-based programming with real-world application, emphasizing efficient mechanics, explosive movement, and injury resilience. Committed to long-term athlete development, Tyler works closely with each athlete to build both physical capability and mindset. Through intentional training habits, visualization, and decision-making strategies, he helps athletes perform with purpose—creating results that extend beyond sport and support sustained success.
Natalie 'Nat' Goshert
Natalie, better known as Nat, brings a unique blend of education and fitness expertise to her coaching approach. With a background in elementary education and a passion for helping others grow, Nat discovered her love for fitness while training for her first bodybuilding competition. What began as a personal challenge quickly evolved into a lifelong commitment to health, performance, and helping others build confidence through movement. After leaving the classroom in 2021, she transitioned her career into the fitness industry and became a certified personal trainer. Nat’s coaching philosophy centers around creating sustainable, healthy lifestyles that extend far beyond physical transformation. By combining her experience as an educator with evidence-based training principles, she develops supportive and motivating programs tailored to each client’s individual goals and abilities. Known for her encouraging and approachable style, Nat strives to meet clients where they are while helping them build strength, confidence, and long-term wellness both inside and outside the gym.
Alicia Robinson
Alicia is an ACSM-certified personal trainer with more than a decade of coaching experience, helping clients build strength, confidence, and lifelong healthy habits through personalized fitness programming. A lifelong athlete and former competitive track athlete, she believes that fitness is about far more than physical performance—it is a foundation for overall health and well-being. After transitioning from a career in cybersecurity to pursue fitness full-time, Alicia combines an analytical, results-driven approach with compassionate coaching. She has a special interest in helping women navigate life transitions, including pregnancy, postpartum recovery, hormonal changes, and the evolving demands of everyday life. Committed to individualized coaching and sustainable progress, Alicia empowers clients to work smarter, build lasting strength, and improve their quality of life both inside and outside the gym.
