NURTURE

Nurture is a comprehensive wellness program located inside IN Fitness Club and powered by the club’s integrative approach to women’s health. Through pelvic floor physical therapy, registered dietitian support, therapeutic prenatal massage, and specialized fitness classes, Nurture helps you feel strong, supported, and confident throughout pregnancy and postpartum.

Supports functional wellness, body mechanics, mental health, and daily routine adaptations to help mothers feel empowered and supported during and after pregnancy.

Women's Health Physical Therapist

Supports incontinence, prolapse, pelvic pain, and safe postpartum recovery through pelvic floor therapy, while offering prenatal massage for relaxation, improved circulation, and tension relief.

JoAnne Whelan

Dietitian

Guides nourishment, recovery, and energy needs with personalized guidance for pregnancy, postpartum, and lactation — helping mothers stay well-fueled through every stage.

Gil Maloney

Pre and PostPartum Certified Trainer

Designs trimester-specific movement to build strength, reduce discomfort, and support mental well-being — helping mothers reconnect with their bodies and move with confidence through both pregnancy and postpartum.
