We’re excited to announce that we have officially launched our Styku 3D Body Scanner here at iNFiT! Styku is a state-of-the-art imaging technology that uses 3D scanning and analysis to provide detailed measurements and insights about a person's body composition, overall health, and fitness levels. There are less than ten Styku machines in Indianapolis, and we are one of them!

All of our scans are done in a private area and require the individual to wear tight-fitting clothing (i.e. - Men typically wear compression shorts or boxers with no shirt, Women wear sports bras and tight-fitting leggings or shorts). Scans take 20-30 seconds and once it's completed, results and information are generated immediately! Your results can be emailed to you, as well.

Cost of Scans

  1. Scans for private training clients are free

  2. To scan and review your results with a member of our team it’s $40

  3. To scan and have your results sent to you it’s $20

Here are some reasons why you might consider having a Styku scan performed:

1. Accurate body composition analysis:

The Styku scanner uses 3D imaging technology to measure various aspects of your body composition, including body fat percentage, muscle mass, bone density, and body measurements. It provides a detailed and accurate assessment of your body composition, which can be helpful for tracking progress and setting fitness goals.

2. Personalized fitness and nutrition planning:

By understanding your body composition, you can get insights into your unique body type and make more informed decisions about your fitness and nutrition. For example, if you discover that you have a higher body fat percentage, you might want to focus on incorporating more strength training to improve muscle mass to increase your metabolism.

3. Tracking progress and goal setting:

The Styku scan can serve as a baseline for tracking your progress over time. By regularly scanning and comparing the results, you can assess the effectiveness of your fitness and nutrition programs, make adjustments as needed, and stay motivated on your journey towards your goals.

4. Health assessment:

Body composition analysis can provide valuable information beyond just weight and BMI. It can help identify potential health risks associated with excessive body fat or inadequate muscle mass. Styku also estimates your bone density, basal metabolic rate, and risks of certain diseases based on your body composition. Understanding your body composition can prompt you to take appropriate actions to improve your overall health and reduce the risk of chronic diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, and metabolic disorders.

5. Motivation and accountability:

Seeing a visual representation of your body composition can be motivating and hold you accountable for your health and fitness goals. The Styku scan can provide you with a clear picture of your progress and help you stay focused on your desired outcomes.

It's important to note that while the Styku body composition scan can provide valuable information, it should not be the sole indicator of your health or fitness. Consulting with a healthcare professional or a qualified fitness expert can help you interpret the results and provide personalized recommendations based on your individual circumstances and goals.
